JUMP’N’PARTY is an awesome 4,000 square foot indoor playground offering huge inflatables that provide a fun experience for kids of all ages. Our acclimatized facility offers both private parties and open jumping. We are unique (one of a kind in the area) and provide a new and exciting experience for kids. We are very competitive in price and our private parties are totally private – non shared facility. Our mission statement calls for providing kids with the ultimate indoor playground in a clean and safe environment.


WHAT AGES DOES JUMP’N’PARTY APPEAL TO?

JUMP’N’PARTY will appeal to all kids between the ages of 4 and 11 years. Of primary interest will be children 6-9 years of age, both male and female. Please note that kids of all ages are most welcome.

All kids between the ages of 1 & 99 years of age. All adults 18 years of age and older are free when accompanied by a paying minor. ‘Adults Only’ pay applicable prices.

HOW DO PARTIES NORMALLY OPERATE?

WHAT IS A FUNMAKER?
A ‘FunMaker’ is an assistant that JUMP’N’PARTY provides for your group. A ‘FunMaker’ is included in your party price to assist parents and ensure that all kids have an awesome experience. Your ‘FunMaker’ will review safety rules with your kids, assist in the ‘Fun Centre’ and complete party clean up. ‘FunMakers’ serve as the parent(s) personal concierge.

WHAT IS A FUNMANAGER?
A ‘FunManager’ is the person in charge of the daily events taking place at JUMP’N’PARTY. Those responsibilities include ensuring that all ‘FUNMAKERS’ and plans for the day are complete.

JUMP’N’PARTY
Up to 25 kids can celebrate at one time for one party price ($10.00 extra per additional child).
JUMP’N’PARTY - DROP-IN
Any number of children as long as a parent/guardian is present - $7.00 per child, under 3ft is $3.50. All Guardians must sign waiver.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY PARTY?
Friday, Saturday, Sundays and Holidays normally fill up fast. To get the date and time you would like, it is advisable that you book two months in advance to reserve your party. However, we will always try to accommodate any last minute requests.

MY OUTDOOR FUNCTION WAS CANCELLED AT THE LAST MINUTE. CAN YOU HELP?

Absolutely! Please call our office immediately to check on availability and we will JUMP through hoops to try and accommodate your group.

CAN I DOWNLOAD THE WAIVER ONLINE?

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CHILD SUPERVISION?
Parents/Legal Guardians are responsible for the supervision of children in all areas of JUMP’N’PARTY and the Sandcastle Recreation Complex

WHAT ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR ADULT TO KID SUPERVISION RATIOS?
The number of adults present is solely at the discretion of the host organizing the party. We would suggest one adult for every five children, but this is strictly the host(s) choice. We will have a FunMaker (included in the party price) available to help organize and assist in party clean up so that parents will be free to supervise kids and enjoy the party.

CAN I HAVE MY PARTY BEFORE GOING INTO THE ‘FUN CENTER’?
Typically, the party rotations are set up from the ‘Fun Center’ first, followed by the party. To do a party first, operations will have to approve in advance to ensure no conflict. If available, we would be delighted to confirm.


CAN WE BUY EXTRA TIME IN THE ‘FUN CENTER’?
‘Fun Center’ time slots are only sold in 1 ½ hour time increments. See schedule for applicable rates.

CAN WE BUY EXTRA TIME IN THE PARTY ROOM?
A ½ hour time slot is included in your party price. A cost of $25.00 per 15 minutes of use is assessed onto party charges for extra time utilized.

CAN WE BOOK JUST THE PARTY ROOM FOR OUR GROUP?

This is strictly at the discretion of our Operation Manager. We will ensure that there is no conflict and only then may we confirm accordingly. Cost is only $50.00 per ½ hour reserved and time limits must be strictly adhered to as room may be reserved behind your group. Price includes paper products and FunMaker assistance. All pizza must be ordered through JUMP’N’PARTY. Sorry, no outside catering permitted, but group may bring their own home made goods. All rules are as per JUMP’N”PARTY guidelines

IS SUPERVISION PROVIDED?
For drop in times, parents/guardians are responsible for supervision of their children and guests.For private parties, Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervision, however, JUMP’N’PARTY will provide a ‘FunMaker’ to assist with all aspects of the party. A ‘FunMaker’ is included in your party price to help parents and ensure that all kids have an awesome experience.

CAN I STAY WITH MY KIDS?
Absolutely, you are welcome to stick by their side or view from our reception area. We also have a small viewing area near the entrance where you can watch your older children who may not have to be monitored as closely. Parents and guardians must wear socks.

CAN TEENAGERS PARTICIPATE?
Teenagers are most welcome for all JUMP’N’PARTY venues. It should be noted, however, that inflatables appeal mostly to the pre-teen crowd. Any person meeting the min/max height and weight restrictions is welcome to join the fun (NOTE: This is a manufacturers recommendation).

CAN ADULTS ENTER INFLATABLES WITH KIDS?
Sorry, the inflatables are available to the 17 years of age crowd and under. Note: This is a manufacturers safety recommendation.

WHEN DO YOU NEED TO KNOW THE NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS IF I AM ORDERING PIZZA/PASTA, BALLOONS OR GIFT BAGS?
One of our FunMakers will call you the day before the final count. This is the amount that will be delivered and charged to you. Don’t forget the parents.

HOW EARLY SHOULD WE ARRIVE FOR OUR PARTY?
We suggest that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the ‘Fun Center’ slot time. Children should be encouraged to use the washroom facilities prior to entering the ‘Fun Center’. Hosts will have access to party room within 30 minutes of party room time slot. Sorry, no exceptions on access time(s).

CAN WE BRING OUR OWN FOOD, DRINKS OR DECORATIONS?
Yes! Hosts are welcome to bring their own home made goods. You need to bring the birthday cake, candles and cake knife. For your convenience, you are allowed to bring in juice boxes, soda or water to drink. We sell pizza which must be ordered from us. You also cannot have food delivered/catered to JUMP’N’PARTY’ as there is a restaurant on the premises. The kids are welcome to eat when their playtime is over. The kids play for the first hour. and then go the party room for the remaining hour for the eating and gift opening. The party area is already decorated. Please do not tape or tack up any decorations and silly string, piñatas or confetti is not permitted. You are allowed to bring balloons or you can buy assorted primary coloured balloons from us.NOTE: Kids are not permitted to eat or drink in the ‘Fun Center’. Adults may enjoy their favourite beverage from the viewing area.

CAN I BRING BALLOONS?
You are welcome to bring your own, or we can supply helium filled balloons at an additional cost of $2.00 per balloon

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I BRING TO MY PARTY?
All kids and parents entering the ‘Fun Center’ require socks. Please remind all guests to bring a pair. Should someone forget, we will have on site for purchase.

DO WE HAVE TO CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS?
Not at all. The cost of your private party includes a ‘FunMaker’ that is there to assist you. This will free your time and allow the chaperones to attend to your party guests and have fun, as well.

WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR?
There is plenty of parking at Sandcastle Recreation Complex. You may park near the main entrance (north side) or overflow parking is available on the west side of building. The west entrance is closest to JUMP’N’PARTY and is suggested for afternoon / evening and weekend parties.

IS SPECIAL CLOTHING REQUIRED?
All kids and adults must take off coats and shoes before entering the ‘Fun Centre’. Socks must be worn. All sharp objects must be removed from clothing. This is a bouncing and sliding environment. Clothing without buckles and buttons provide the best experience.

ARE THESE INFLATABLES SAFE?

All inflatables purchased by JUMP’N’PARTY are deluxe models featuring heavy duty construction and reinforced strips. Units are constructed from Naizil coated vinyl which is lead-free. Our products are inspected for safety in design and construction by the manufacturer prior to shipment. All units are made from fire retardant materials.

IS JUMP’N’PARTY INSURED?
Of course we are. JUMP’N’PARTY is insured for $1 Million in Liability by AON Reed Stenhouse Inc. – one of Canada’s foremost insurers of recreational facilities. We would be delighted to send you a copy of our policy upon confirmation of your party.Please Note: As this is a recreational facility, all guardians are required to sign a disclaimer prior to entering the ‘Fun Center’.

IS JUMP'N'PARTY AN APPROVED FACILITY?
Most definetely. JUMP'N'PARTY is approved by the TSSA and meets all requirements for daily operations.

ARE INFLATABLES SAFE FOR INFANTS?

No. Babies under 2 years of age should not be in the inflatables. It can scare them and is not a safe environment with older kids.

IS JUMP’N’PARTY HEATED/AIR CONDITIONED?

JUMP’N’PARTY is an indoor climate controlled ‘Fun Centre’. Temperature is set at 70 year round.


WHAT DO THE INFLATABLES LOOK LIKE?
These larger than life apparatuses are multi-coloured and provide a real ‘wow’ factor for kids. Safe and Clean.

DO YOU OFFER FUND RAISING OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROUPS AND ORGANZIATIONS?
Absolutely! Book your group on any of our Partylite time slots or Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday after school and JUMP’N’PARTY will send you r bonafide charity 10% of the basic party price (Sorry – add on items not included).IS

IS THERE A FREEZER TO PUT MY ICE CREAM / CAKE IN?
Yes, we offer a small freezer for desserts.

DOES JUMP’N’PARTY HAVE A STOVE?
Sorry, we do not offer this service.

DOES JUMP’N’PARTY HAVE A LIQUOR LICENSE?
Neither the ‘Fun Center’ or the ‘Party Room’ is licensed, however, the Sandcastle Recreation Complex has a Bar and Grill offering your favourite beverage and pub fare. Hours of operation are: Monday – Friday 6:00PM- 11:30PM, Saturday/Sundays – Varies based on events taking place in the complex.

DOES JUMP’N’PARTY HAVE THEIR OWN WASHROOMS?
No we do not, however, washrooms are located near the main entrance of the Sandcastle Recreation Complex. We suggest that children be taken prior to entering the ‘Fun Center’ and ‘Party Room’. This will enhance their experience by having more time to have fun.

IS THERE A PRIVATE AREA TO CHANGE MY CHILDREN?
Unfortunately, JUMP’N’PARTY does not offer a private area, however, you are welcome to take your child to the Sandcastle Locker Rooms.

IS JUMP’N’PARTY HANDICAP FRIENDLY?
Sorry, the Sandcastle Recreation Complex is not handicap friendly. Unfortunately, JUMP’N’PARTY does not have either a ramp or elelvator. We welcome all guests, however, they must be able to navigate stairs. Thank you for your understanding.

IS THERE A PRIVATE AREA TO BREAST FEED MY CHILD?
Unfortunately, JUMP’N’PARTY does not offer a private area, however, you are welcome to take your child to the Sandcastle Ladies Locker Room.
